Summary
AddThis is looking for a Manager of Marketing Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will run the growth systems at the center of both a B2B and B2U business. You will own the marketing automation platform, drive the efficient analysis of customers and leads to inform marketing campaign strategies, monitor and report on the efficacy of marketing initiatives, and contribute to positioning both our B2B and B2U businesses through competitive research and market analysis. Responsibilities
* Designing the key workflows inside of our marketing automation software (Pardot), and effectively managing marketing operations, particularly via email, landing pages and lead flows through Pardot and Salesforce. * Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering, and product to identify opportunities to optimize data structures or processes to improve marketing and sales productivity (eg: developing and optimizing user on-boarding flows, recommending and creating automated nurture programs, refining MQL parameters; identifying underserved segments of our existing B2U customer base, etc.). * Working with senior managers to define the goals, objectives, segmentation and test parameters for marketing campaigns, and analyzing the ROI of campaigns by digging deep into the available data, conducting A/B testing, and establishing data structures and automated reports to monitor performance. * Developing executive-level summaries of marketing initiatives and develop automated dashboards for regular monitoring. * Developing actionable recommendations from competitive and market research -- for both our B2U website marketing tools and B2B Data-as-a-Service businesses.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with data and analytics, especially identifying and correcting data quality issues, working with developers and architects to define data needs, performing detailed analysis in Excel or similar tools. * Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage your own projects from concept through completion. * Experience with Pardot and Salesforce, or comparable systems – or the demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on new systems. * Experience synthesizing market or competitive research to form actionable recommendations to senior executives * Demonstrated ability to effectively summarize results with insightful conclusions based on data analysis, and fluency in storytelling through PowerPoint / Keynote / Google slide presentations * 2+ years at a top tier consulting firm a strong plus * BA/BS required
