Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager for our Developer Relations team will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for our rapidly growing Tapjoy Maximum Impact PlatformTM. In this role, you will market Tapjoy's Maximum Impact PlatformTM to top developers and publishers within the freemium mobile app ecosystem.
Responsibilities
* Enhance the Tapjoy go-to-market strategy including: messaging, target audience, partner strategy, and competitive -positioning for the Developer focused products. * Lead sales enablement efforts to support the Developer Relations team. * Map out the potential buying process for the product. * Manage product launches and train Developer Relations sales team. * Create solutions-based sales plans and templates for key verticals. * Work with the PR team to create content for blog posts and speaking engagements. * Help drive future product direction based on market research. * Build relevant content for buyer-roles to consume in a variety of formats including: social media, web pages, videos, emails, online events, and industry conferences. * Drive product naming and positioning through qualitative and quantitative research. * Develop a range of customer testimonials for external and internal use. * Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis.

We are looking for a high energy, passionate person with exceptional product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution, communication, and project management skills. This is a highly visible role. You will drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across a broad range of global stakeholders from all commercial teams within the business. You will be a product leader for Maximum Impact PlatformTM, owning every aspect of go-to-market for our growing product and solutions portfolio. **Core Competencies include:** * Experience with SalesForce Experience with launching or working on subscription based Saas products * Experience with Tableau, Microstrategy, Vertica * Experience in marketing automation and mobile development or marketing platforms (Marketo, Mandrill, MailChimp) **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 5+ years of Marketing experience in the mobile analytics or marketing automation platform space. * Meticulous attention to detail * Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills * Outstanding communication skills, including turning complex ideas into simple messages * Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Ability to solicit relevant customer feedback and competitive intelligence and provide actionable information for positioning, messaging, product direction. * Ability and willingness to be a hands-on leader. * Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, analytical
