Responsibilities
**Territory Management** - Develop an annual territory sales plan to target fiscal growth utilizing company resources to achieve these objectives. - Develop and maintain distributor and end-user relationships, introduce new products, and target new industry sectors. - Provide a monthly progress report, and provide a thorough update as to market, distributor, end-user, and competitor activities in the monthly report. - Mastery of Product Knowledge – Learn every detail about Fall Protection products and their application. - Achieving sales quotas. - Responsible for expense management.

**Skills** - Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Demonstrate a positive attitude within all aspects of our business. - Demonstrate an ability to be a solutions provider. - Demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with both customers and internal staff. - Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to constuct & deliver effective technical presentations. - Excellent problem solving and decision making skills. - Must have strong self-motivation and time management ability. - Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills. - Possess a high level of personal and professional integrity. **Experience** - 5 years outside sales experience in related industry and selling through industrial distribution. - Demonstrate a minimum level of computer knowledge. - Demonstrated sales success over an extended period of time. - Preference given to those with experience in the Fall Protection industry. - Valid Class ‘G’ driver’s license and positive driving record. **Education** - A University degree is required. - Additional sales training preferred. - Computer training (MS Office Suite, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) - Knowledge of CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) an asset.
