Territory Sales Manager

Territory Management

• Develop an annual territory sales plan to target fiscal growth utilizing company resources to achieve these objectives.
• Develop and maintain distributor and end-user relationships, introduce new products, and target new industry sectors.
• Provide a monthly progress report, and provide a thorough update as to market, distributor, end-user, and competitor activities in the monthly report.
• Mastery of Product Knowledge – Learn every detail about Fall Protection products and their application.
• Achieving sales quotas.
• Responsible for expense management.

Experience

• 5 years outside sales experience in related industry and selling through industrial distribution.
• Demonstrate a minimum level of computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated sales success over an extended period of time.
• Preference given to those with experience in the Fall Protection industry.
• Valid Class ‘G’ driver’s license and positive driving record.

Education

• A University degree is required.
• Additional sales training preferred.
• Computer training (MS Office Suite, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) an asset.
