Summary
Argen sales reps are responsible for maximizing sales profitability, new sales growth and account management of all Argen products within an assigned territory and/or market segment.
Responsibilities
* Identify sales opportunities and partner with the sales team and operations to present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. * Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and the number of contacts to be made. * Be committed to the success for the customer’s business and adopt a cross-selling approach. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. * Identify key business decision makers and sell “Argen Total Solutions” in line with multiple product sales strategy. * Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. * Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. * Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. * Analyze the territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective value to the organization. * Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. * Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. * Identify and resolve client concerns. Build trusted strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders (customers, sales team, business development team, management and technical support). * Evaluate the company’s competitive position and leverage Argen products. * Identify product and industry trends or issues. Effective and concisely communicates to all relevant stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
* 5 years of sales and marketing experience - dental industry preferred but not required * Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or associated discipline. * Knowledge of dental lab market & digital dentistry * Knowledge of Dental materials: alloy, porcelain, Zirconia * Understanding of dental lab procedures: Metal finishing and porcelain application, Implants, abutments, crowns, bridge and more. * CDT certification would be a plus * Computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD-CAM) * CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com) * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Delivery and solution focused attitude with client’s best interest always in mind * Technical aptitude and analytical propensity
