Workday, Inc. is an on-demand (cloud-based) financial management and human capital management software vendor.

SYMAN is the crack data-engineering team within Workday. We build predictive analytics into Workday’s applications to help the world’s largest companies make strategic decisions about their people and finances. We are the former Identified team acquired by Workday in 2014:

* Evangelize the Insights Platform to Wday Application PMs, technical leads, and engineering managers. * Educate them on the capabilities of the platform. * Help them frame their product needs or ideas in terms of what can actually be accomplished by the platform. * Work with Relevance PM to come up with designs/mockups that meet the App PMs product requirements and the Insights Platform’s capabilities. * Identify gaps or desired enhancements for the Insights Platform and work with the Insights Product Owners to prioritize them.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. * Attention to detail. Never let anything slip. * Strong enough technically to deeply understand the technology and earn respect and credibility from the App PMs and Insights engineers. * Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
