Summary
We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead our product development efforts. We are looking for a highly empathetic, customer-centric individual who will work with engineers, designers, marketers, business leaders and customer specialists to translate our goals into meaningful customer experiences. Our product is unique, as it translates across both online and offline experiences, with tons of opportunity for innovation.
Responsibilities
* Own product development from beginning to end. Your job doesn’t end until the feature gets out the door. * Communicate across teams. You will be the connective “glue” across engineering, design, marketing, business and customer teams. * Own the full product roadmap and prioritization of features and bugs * Define features: write specs and create wireframes to effectively communicate with the design and engineering teams * Lead new initiatives in various areas of the company, including growth, sales, customer experience, and operations * Support business owners to translate their needs into product features * Be the user expert: deeply understand our users, conduct user research, gather feedback and conduct user testing * Manage daily deployments and regression testing with QA team.
Ideal Candidate
* An experienced product manager with 3+ years in a product management role working on consumer products * A product expert. You know every inch of your product, and you stay up-to-date on current design and technology trends. You have a keen eye for good UX and effective user flows. * Data-driven. You are an expert in analyzing funnels, users metrics, and running A/B tests. You are able to dig deep into data to gain insights. You understand the data model and can run SQL queries on your own. * Flexible. You can take new information and quickly adjust or adapt your plans as needed. * A strong project manager. You are detail-oriented and organized, and with impeccable time management skills and strong written and verbal communications skills. * A leader: You have a clear product vision, and can work cross-functionally with different teams to achieve your goals. **Bonus Points** * Degree in Computer Science * Prior experience at a startup * Experience building both web and mobile products * Experience with languages used for querying (e.g. SQL) * Familiarity working in an agile environment
