The Company owns and operates Golf Galaxy, LLC, a golf specialty retailer and eCommerce websites and catalog operations for both Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy.
Responsible for assisting in the design and development of processes. Also responsible for helping to develop themes, color, fabrications, silhouettes, and mood for upcoming season as well as working with manufacturers to develop original textiles and patterns.
- Supports Designer in the creation and execution of product assortments and adheres to the Time and Action Calendar
- Conducts raw material research and fabric / trim market research. Is able to draw flat sketches and fashion sketches.
- Communicates with vendors & follow through on sample development
- Build/update seasonal product/trend/color boards and CADs. Assist in building the tools to communicate the designers vision at a store/fixture level.
- Manages design oriented e-SPS for PLM information and input.
- Assists in room set up for product presentations.
- Bachelor’s Degree- Design Oriented degree
- 2-3 Years of experience preferred
- Ability to create CADs
- Ability to design using new advanced technology
- Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, Kaledo
- Ability to create technical sketches and tech packs in AI
