User Experience Lead

The Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore studio is a growing group of accomplished designers, artists and engineers in Chicago, IL and Baltimore, MD who play a key role in Wargaming’s global, cross-platform product development strategy.

Wargaming is looking to hire a lead User Experience Lead in our Chicago office. This will include work both in the web space and in console games.

• Design, document and create UI flow—menus, stats and inventory screens, in-game HUD elements, etc.
• Work with UI programmers in the implementation of UI components
• Collaborate and communicate with all disciplines in the creation and implementation of the game UI
• Work closely with UX/Usability teams to ensure the best possible end user experience
• Contribute to the design of UI tools and processes
• Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of UI Artists to ensure systems are delivered on time and in budget
• Other duties as assigned
