Summary

Our projects are first and foremost the migration to our new, home developed Platform. Additionally, once we migrate from the legacy systems to the new platform (Pangaea), we will be creating new services to enhance the capabilities and capacities of the entire SamsClub.com e-commerce website. You will work directly with Samclub.com’s CEO, Product and Engineering leadership to re-imagine and transform the Sam’s Club member experience across desktop, tablet, handset devices for 47 million members in over 600 clubs across the US. Responsibilities
* Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives * Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management * Drives the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects * Manages vendor relationships * Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity * Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field . * 5 years product management experience within ecommerce/retail environment * Combination of both frontend and backend experience * Excellent communication skills * Demonstrated success in launching ecommerce products * Ability to define thorough and concise requirements * Ability to work effectively with business, engineering and QA teams * Problem solver with ability to quickly assess situation and present options **Additional Preferred Qualifications** * Deep online retail experience in multiple areas such as product discover, user engagement, cart and checkout conversion, supply chain, finances, etc. * Previous product experience related to major platform migration
