Summary
We are looking for a dynamic sales teammate to join our Inside Sales team at Vantiv HQ in Symmes Township OH. This position promotes and sells Vantiv LLC products and services to new merchant prospects via phone. This team also manages the onboarding process from new merchants from initial application to closing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow. A strong sales background, great customer service skills and detail orientation will make someone successful in this position.
Responsibilities
* Sell merchant processing products and services to new merchant's prospects including internal Bancorp referrals, association and franchise members, etc. * Refer merchant prospects to Bancorp partners for sale of additional Bancorp products and services. * Executes strategy for selling Vantiv and other FTPS services to assigned prospects. * Identifies new prospects for Vantiv services, develops a prospect list and continually calls on prospects. * Educates prospects on Vantiv advantages and identifies prospect issues and/or problems then notifies management. * Track all sales activity in a pipeline and perform daily (or as requested) reviews with management. * Responds promptly to prospect inquiries and requests, coordinates activities of appropriate Vantiv personnel to address prospect questions. * Meet individual and team goals set forth by management. * May act as a mentor to sales representatives(s) with less experience
Ideal Candidate
* High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or active pursuit of a college degree strongly preferred. * 1+ years of prior sales experience and/or customer service call center experience preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experienced and proficient with Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
