You will be responsible for understanding and documenting user needs and transforming those needs into requirements used to deploy solutions that will meet the sponsor's objectives.

* Providing complex analysis services translating user needs into detailed specifications * Generating requirements documentation through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements * Facilitating and participating in discussions, which may include ensuring that solutions with multiple alternatives have been evaluated and are able to meet business requirements * Facilitating discussions in order to obtain agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and service delivery organizations, from initial requirements to final implementation
