Responsibilities
  • Design and develop object oriented programming, design patterns, as well as other development methodologies
  • Understanding of the entire SDLC and AGILE development
  • Develop backend services and controllers while using Symfony2
  • Develop front end web interfaces using HTML/CSS/JQuery
  • Managing source code version control system GIT
  • Design database architecture in relational and noSQL databases, and maintain these for application scalability
Ideal Candidate
  • Top-notch software engineering talent; 5+ years’ experience
  • Self-directed, independent and has experience owning complete features/products
  • Amazing ability to get stuff done
  • Proficiency in web application programming (OOP, Java/C++, LAMP)
  • Awesome in PHP 5.x, MySQL 5.x / NoSQL / MongoDB, Apache2
  • HTML/CSS, Javascript/AJAX, Git / Github, MVC, ORM
  • Good understanding of algorithms, network protocols and web services
  • Experience developing real-world web applications
  • Strong background in frameworks such as Symfony2 or Zend
  • A desire to build an engaging consumer experience
  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
