Summary

Analyze all elements of the company's quality system and judge its degree of adherence to the criteria of industrial management and quality evaluation and control systems

Responsibilities
  • Plan and independently conduct internal and external audits
  • Apply knowledge of applicable regulations to assure adherence to company, industry and government standards and expectations
  • Prepare audit reports, evaluate and track responses and measure effectiveness of associated CAPA
  • Keep informed about current good industry practices and suggest areas of improvement
  • Perform other compliance activities as directed
Ideal Candidate
  • Understand standards oand principles of auditing and auditing techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting to determine a quality system's adequacies and deficiencies
  • Quality Auditor Certification - CQA
  • BA/BS with 5+ years industry experience
  • 3+ years auditing/compliance experience in a regulatory compliance environment, primarily in pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices
  • Thorough understanding of applicable regulations/guidelines/expectations and have a proven ability to apply them to a pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
