Test Engineer

Responsibilities: * Execute our manual and automated test plans to validate software functionality and user documentation * Analyze results (documentation issues, setup issues, software bugs, etc) * Report and track defects resulting from the test effort in a bug tracking tool. * Work with software developers and other team members to help root-cause any issues found. * Ensure all timelines are met according to department processes. * Document deviations to procedures. * Provide status reports to project test lead

Qualifications: * Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Computer Science program are preferred. * C#, C++ programming experience is a plus. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel, Outlook * Knowledge of software life cycle is a plus. * Must be task oriented and focused, with attention to detail accuracy. Must be reliable with excellent interpersonal, coordination and verbal/written communication skills * 2 years experience is suitable
