Regional CPA firm seeks an experienced Senior Manager { but HANDS ON } for its Quality Control Department.
This position is the firms principle resource in all matters affecting the conduct of the accounting and auditing practice
- Maintaining up to date standards of proficiency in the areas of accounting and auditing.
- Provides assurance that professional practices and procedures comply with the established quality control standards.
- Perform Initial Pre-issuance Reviews of large clients.
- Perform Concurring Reviews.
- Update Firm on technical changes and new pronouncements - AICPA , FASB, etc.
- CPA
- Minimum five years of strong technical audit experience in a CPA Firm
- Experience in a QC department of a regional or national CPA firm

- Not- for- profit
- A-133
- HUD
- Health Care
- Employee Benefit Plans
- Ability to present and defend findings
