- Implementation through delivery of new Windows product based on Smile designs & objectives
- Project setup, configuration, maintenance for team use and build requirements
- Bug reporting and response through Lighthouse; coordinate with QA
- Discuss & make product design & implementation decisions with Smile team
- Document design & implementation in a way suitable for long term maintenance
- Highly Proficient in C#, C++, JavaScript, JSON; strong OO skills
- Skilled with Microsoft development tools
- Understanding of Objective C (so can refer to OS X code)
- Experience with Rich Text (RTF), HTML, Unicode
- Skilled in Localization configuration of projects
- Ability to code for multiple versions of Windows, from Windows 7 up
- Ability to create full installer for final product
- Working knowledge of source control via GitHub
- Understanding of Windows system-level event handling
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Self-motivated, and comfortable with low supervision
- Solid references and demonstrable completed projects
- Windows computer running Windows 8 or greater
- Apple Mac computer running Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)
- High-speed, reliable Internet connection
- College education
- 5 or more years experience building software for Windows.
- Proficiency with Mac and understanding of both Mac and Windows user experience
