Provides administrative support to all Marketing Directors and Staff.

Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.

Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.

Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 60 wpm.

Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.

Ability to use appropriates reference materials. Ability to multi-task.

When students are providing patient care, treatment, and/or services as a part of their training, any/all employees may be asked to supervise the students.
- Combination of the completion of an Associates Degree or three to five years of secretarial experience.
