Production Designer

- Resizes existing artwork for marketing print and digital campaigns, including but not limited to billboards, newspaper and magazine ads, marketing kits, broadcast graphics, web and social media assets, digital platform assets, cable guide ads, and other projects as assigned. - Completes layout-driven assignments, including but not limited to event programs, brochures, booklets, business cards and other projects as assigned. - Organizes assets and layouts for event styleguides. - Completes photography production work, including silhouetting images and color correction for a variety of mediums. - Creates templates that allow for greater efficiency within the department. - Works in collaboration with other designers internally and externally. - Helps to ensure consistency and continuity with brand identity in all assets. - Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience - Two years experience in design at an agency, in-house setting or as a freelancer with print and/or digital design experience - Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite - Computer literate in a Mac environment - An eye for color and page layout - Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines - Strong accuracy and proofreading abilities - Ability to manage time independently and multiple jobs simultaneously - Ability to work with already established visual identity and brand standards - Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing - Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential information - Good organizational skills - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Professional, self-starting, “get-it-done” attitude and work ethic
