Develop, create, document, and modify Apple iOS mobile device application software with back end communication to a java-based software suite both individually and, in some cases, coordinating with a software development team.

• Work and communicate directly with Product Managers and API Development teams to meet the organization’s business goals
• Work with designers to build screens and interfaces for new software features
• Develop new software features on iOS with communication to java-based backend systems using RESTful web services
• Maintain and modify existing software to remove software defects and/or improve performance
• Develop scalable systems in an established cloud-based environment (Amazon Web Services) that must work globally

• Strong knowledge of the iOS SDK, the IDE and Xcode
• Experience with deploying software to Apple’s iOS App Store
• Experience with iOS Xcode and Instruments development and debugging techniques
• Deep familiarity and understanding of Apple’s iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience in both Agile and Iterative development environments with the ability to communicate well and meet deadlines
