We are currently seeking a highly qualified Associate Manager Mobile Apps to join our Digital and Marketing Services (DMS) department in Richmond, VA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for wholistic management of mobile apps across Operating Company (OpCo) Brands to ensure world class consumer experience in the channel and deliver improved adult consumer engagement for the brands. * Leading the ongoing evolution of consumer experience across all OpCo Brand's mobile apps in a way that achieves the brands' strategies. * Developing use cases (e.g. coming for a coupon, coming to participate in a promotion) for app use and visits and recommending executional changes to improve the experiences of those scenarios. * Developing "user personalities" and recommending executional changes to improve the personalization of the channel experience, while working closely with brands to understand different consumer needs and related brand strategies. * Monitoring use analytics, synthesizing learnings and recommending data-driven, ongoing, rapid test and learn cycles for the channel. * Building and developing strategic relationships with cross-functional partners to optimize planned future channel enhancements. * Influencing agency selection and recommendations for efforts related to the channel.

* Bachelor’s degree * Native/Webview app experience * Familiarly with mobile app design a plus * Familiarly with iOS Human Interface Guideline principals a plus * iOS and Android Store submission experience * Product management experience a plus * Comprehensive understanding of mobile app channels, their technical requirements and limitations, and relevant adult consumer application and uses * Demonstrated passion for adult consumer experience and familiarity with user experience design tools and techniques * Proven ability to quickly identify key insights and critical data points, as well as identify and obtain important data that may be missing to make effective and strategic recommendations * Experience designing and executing rapid test and learn executions. * Proven track record of delivering results, taking on increased number of projects or managing more high impact projects, often through effective collaboration with external partners * Proven track record of collaborative leadership in working with a team, able to help others succeed, lead effectively even without direct reports, effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and not afraid to deal with conflict
