Lead Salesforce Developer

This role will support Corporate Solutions. Press Ganey’s Corporate Solutions team develops and supports a wide variety of applications including Salesforce.com, Steel Brick (CPQ), Apttus (CMS), Microsoft AX, SharePoint, and Pressganey.com. We utilize Informatica for data integration. This position will primarily provide development leadership in the Salesforce.com ecosystem which is highly integrated at Press Ganey.

* This position will design and implement solutions that provide content to customers in new and engaging ways. * Participating in iteration and release planning * Adhering to core design and testing principles

* Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (Apex, Visual Force, etc.) * Strong data integration expertise (Informatica is a plus) * Knowledge of Web Services * Web front-end technologies including JavaScript and CSS * Strong software engineering skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of agile methodologies * The right candidate will be a passionate programmer that loves to learn from and share knowledge with a community of programmers
