You must be a full stack developer. Only people with 3+ years of Rails experience will be considered. Do you contribute to open-source projects on GitHub? So do we! If you don't, it's not going to be a good fit. You'll be working alongside extremely talented, and down-to-earth Rails developers led by an experienced CTO.

• Writing and reviewing application code
• Working with Product to define new features
• Documenting the systems you help build
• Coordinating with engineering leadership to define and prioritize engineering projects
• Working with support to triage and debug technical support requests

• Significant experience developing web applications using JavaScript and Ruby on Rails (3+ years)
• Understanding of unit and integration testing
• Proficiency with open source (GitHub)
• Experience with RESTful API design
• SQL and general database knowledge- Knowledge in building scalable systems
