Web Developer

- Create & design outstanding web pages, A/B tests and other interactive marketing assets. - Maintain existing websites via maintenance as well as enhancements. - Stay up to date with the latest changes in coding best practices and apply them across our web assets. - Cross browser testing and subsequent fixing of browser specific issues, including responsive design practices. - Research & evaluate new technologies/services that can improve our websites’ performance or user experiences.

- Front end web development experience. - Full knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery as well as responsive design techniques for desktop, tablets & mobile. - Ability to debug scripting languages and correct subsequent issues with ease. - Able to research technical challenges and find solutions independently. - Experience with cross browser testing and fixing of browser specific issues. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and support multiple projects at the same time. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present ideas and changes to your team as well as management. - A portfolio of your web development work and/or graphic design portfolio is required. The following skills would be a bonus: - Experience with Pingdom, NewRelic, BrowserStack and/or Litmus services. - Experience developing Google Analytics and/or AdWords integrations. - Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. - Proficient in JSON, XML, SQL, AJAX, Bootstrap, PHP and/or RESTful APIs. - Experience with Node.js technologies and Express framework. - Having an active Github and/or Stack Overflow account with contributions to the community. - Knowledge of E-mail HTML design & best practices for optimal inbox deliverability and appearance.
