Summary
You're based in Austin (or in driving distance), you're a good-natured person (with a sense of humor) and people just like to be around you; you're excited about solving problems, and you have a genuine desire to create a white-glove experience for new partners from the moment they sign a contract until they are fully onboarded. You’re quick on your feet and have a Sherlock-esque attention to detail. You seek to evolve the typical entry-level, smile and dial Sales Development Representative role.
Responsibilities
* Interact with C-level media executives to explain the changing digital landscape * Serve as expert consultants on transitioning old media companies into new digital revenue models * Work directly with technology leaders inside fortune 1000 companies to plan and implement new technology rollouts * Perform site visits and training when and where it makes sense * Communicate partner concerns to the support and product team
Ideal Candidate
**You should probably apply if you meet these minimum requirements:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * 1-2 years of experience cold calling and setting appointments * At least 1 year in a fast growing startup environment * Successful in relationship building * Above average presentation and phone skills * Generally good at convincing people to do things they don't want to do * 1-2 years business development experience with a SaaS company **You should really seriously apply if you are also good at any of the following:** * Teaching people about new concepts that they’ve never considered before * Being relentless in following up with regular updates and check-ins, making sure the customer has everything they need to understand a situation * Being self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a track record of success * Using Excel in a way that frightens and confuses mere mortals * Working with local media (newspaper, tv, radio) or small businesses * Your idea of fun involves using Salesforce (or any other complex CRM) to track customer and company wins

we do competitive salaries, 100% paid medical / dental coverage, free life insurance.This position offers a base salary of $35,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience, with up to an additional $30,000 in annual bonus (paid monthly).
