Business Development Analyst

Open Energy has ensured that robust protocols are in place that clearly segregate investor funds from those funds used to provide working capital for the Open Energy business.

Open Energy is looking for a Business Development Analyst to help us manage the growth of our lending platform.

Open Energy is a fast growing alternative solar finance company. We are seeking individuals who have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a growing organization. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the solar industry and desire to be part of a team with goals to change the way the industry finds capital.

• Assisting with the incoming leads and overall sales pipeline
• Managing existing clients and establishing new clients
• Acting as brand ambassador, promoting the Open Energy message to clients and the wider market
• Assisting clients throughout the deal process from pre-application through to funding
• Closing new loans with clients
• Gathering current information on pricing, products, and new initiatives in the market
• Recommending improvements in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and
• competitive developments
• Engage with customers to improve overall client experience, develop solutions, and
• make recommendations to management

• Bachelor's degree
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English
• The ability to manage diverse relationships and multiple, complex, projects
• simultaneously
• Creativity and critical thinking to tackle a variety of challenges, from the industry level
• down to client-specific
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and numerical analysis

We’d Like to See:

• Prior sales experience is encouraged
• Solar and finance knowledge is a plus but not required
• An eagerness to increase responsibility
