Credit Analyst III

Lennox International (LII) is a leading global provider of innovative climate control solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) markets.

This analyst researches and analyzes credit risks and credit history on sensitive and complex accounts in order to approve or disapprove extension of credit.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Generate financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate the customers' financial status.
• Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.
• Conduct collection calls and customer visits to collect account receivables.
• Resolve complex credit problems, which may require assistance on highly sensitive accounts.
• Communicate with sales and other departments regarding past-due accounts.
• Establish credit limits.

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software systems. Strong analytical, numeracy and research skills. Excellent communication skills. Solid negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent customer relations skills.
