Senior Director, Strategy and Operations

An experienced manager to oversee the operation of our business development team by optimizing the strategy for how we track workflow and forecast financial projections across verticals. You will be a critical member of the team that builds Omaze's relationships with celebrities, athletes, studios, networks, leagues, brands and nonprofits.

- Hire, manage, and motivate the BD team to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential partnerships and optimize a CRM - Oversee and manage the team's analytics, forecasts and KPIs - Optimize workflow and internal communication around projections and business updates - Work cross-functionally with other internal teams including Campaigns, Content, Legal and Tech

- You have at least 10 years of business development or sales experience in digital media, entertainment, or a related field - You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can easily identify strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges and enable innovation through implementing measurement tools and analyzing addressable markets to scale our business. - You're a strong manager and operator, and you are excited to build and mentor your team - You have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written - You are analytical and organized, you love to build and implement structure and process - You take your work seriously but not yourself - You are passionate about creating impact
