Responsibilities
* In meeting with our company's commitment to superior customer service, Service Managers are responsible for the day to day operations of shop and field technicians monitoring all repairs to our fleet for accuracy and efficiency. * Other responsibilities include customer relations, managing parts inventory, insuring all daily, weekly, and monthly data entry is completed on time. * Identifying and billing of customer damage to rental equipment. * Communicating with rental dispatch and establishing priorities to fill all orders in a timely fashion. * A strong team effort with the commitment to superior quality is a necessity.
Ideal Candidate
* The Service Manager's duties within our company include the following assign shop work, dispatch field service, and monitor all shop and field maintenance repair records. * Implement and enforce all our safety procedures and policies. * A Service Manager candidate should have 7 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment. * 3-5 years of experience in managing a heavy equipment repair facility with strong people, leadership, and management skills is desirable.
