The role: Mozilla is seeking a creative Growth Engineer to join the Firefox Growth team to focus on building designs, prototypes, and web experiences that drive acquisition and retention of Firefox desktop and mobile users. Your design and coding skills will be critical to ensure growth opportunities move quickly from concept to testing to production. Millions of people will see your work.

You will: * Create simple working prototypes of new experiences to communicate flow and to gather feedback. * Develop front-end code required to perform advanced A/B testing on web and product experiences. * Build responsive design web pages. * Communicate, collaborate, and gather feedback from internal stakeholders on both design and development activities. * Implement web analytics to provide data on how your experiences are performing. * Create compelling visual mockups, wireframes, and flows of experiences for both desktop and mobile audiences. * Deliver quality results on fast-paced projects and meet deadlines.

Our ideal candidate: * You feel comfortable doing a design or flow with InVision as well as submitting code via a pull requests on Github. * You can effectively communicate ideas through prototypes and have the technical skills to develop the final product as part of a team. You also have: * Previous experience in a role where you focused in user acquisition and retention, or a similar growth project. * Experience building a web- or mobile- software product as part of a team. * Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Experience with tools like Photoshop, InDesign, or Balsamiq. Bonus points for: * Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely * Experience with usability testing, TDD or BDD * Experience with Django or Python. * Degree in computer science, design, art, or related field
