Summary
As a Patient Access Representative / Scheduler, you will work with both internal and external Patients to ensure that all questions and concerns are handled in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling patient for radiology, oncology, OBGYN, etc * Confirming patient appointments * Following up on patients' appointments * Transferring calls to other departments * Verify insurance providers
Ideal Candidate
* As a Patient Access Representative / Scheduler, you must have superior customer service and communication skills. * You must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Having outstanding phone etiquette skills is also vital to this role. * High school diploma or equivalent certification * Call Center Experience, a plus * Healthcare Experience, a plus * Problem Solver * Team Player * Sharp computer skills
