Patient Access Representative (Call Center Setting)

As a Patient Access Representative / Scheduler, you will work with both internal and external Patients to ensure that all questions and concerns are handled in a timely manner.
- Scheduling patient for radiology, oncology, OBGYN, etc
- Confirming patient appointments
- Following up on patients' appointments
- Transferring calls to other departments
- Verify insurance providers
- As a Patient Access Representative / Scheduler, you must have superior customer service and communication skills.
- You must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Having outstanding phone etiquette skills is also vital to this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Call Center Experience, a plus
- Healthcare Experience, a plus
- Problem Solver
- Team Player
- Sharp computer skills
