* Possess all core PDM Skills: define and prioritize use cases, define requirements, write stories, prioritize stories/scope, manage development questions * Able to find the right scope balance between business needs, client needs, technical constraints/capabilities, UX best practices, creative goals and time/cost * Able to manage large, complex, difficult projects from start to finish, identifying and managing various work streams to completion; able to craft appropriate timelines and deliver to them; flexible enough to adapt project plans as conditions change * Own mastery of requirements and complete picture of the entire project; know everything that is/isn't in scope, and why o Sees ahead clearly; can define appropriate strategy for project to achieve stated goals * Able to become a subject matter expert on specific areas as needed * Can assimilate many perspectives and synthesize to provide clear direction and point of view to create an execution plan * Identify new detailed opportunities/ requirements to include in a project * Able to prioritize requirements for a specific project with minimal assistance/oversight to achieve optimal balance between cost/timeline/benefit * Basic understanding of technical underpinnings of our systems; basic knowledge of how web/mobile technologies work * Knows when/who to ask questions, and can absorb the answers * Build relationships with key go-to developers - Ability to talk with developers and understand their needs/concerns o Manage all project contributors; define necessary deliverables and appropriate timeframes; respect other teams' processes and timelines * Communicate project objectives clearly to team and ensure everyone same page; identifies when timeline issues arise * Effectively manage external vendors on a project or contract basis o Able to identify when there are issues w/ process and escalate * Asks for guidance and templates when needed * Strong focus on delivering on project requirements * Can effectively create presentations with critical information; can present effectively with help setting context o Able to identify and understand impacts across teams for your project * Able to work with directly involved cross-functional teams as appropriate for the project: UX, creative, store, call center, analytics, etc.

**Additional notes:** * Additional experience required: User center design principle, prototyping, working with designers. * This is a pure execution role. They strategy is already created * They are not looking for a PdM coming from a IT/Dev background * Someone who can articulate requirements in a sprint style format. Someone who can write stories and have the ability to quantify the story. * Someone who is able to paint the vision of what they need **Required Skills (Top 3 to 5):** * Being able to communicate to diverse group; management, stakeholders, and multiple others. * Knowing their audience and how to communicate is important for their success. * A deep understanding of user experience (design and technology). They want a designer who wants to understand technology. Not looking for someone technical wanting to understand design. * Experience writing Jira stories, getting into the details. * Midlevel PdM with 4+ years of experience
