Summary
The Virtual Brand Representative is focused on driving the growth of the client's business by cultivating relationships with key personnel and achieving or exceeding metrics set for program within a specified account base or territory. The Virtual Brand Representative must possess the ability to maintain an active pace daily, with regard to outbound calls and responsive to inbound calls. The role will conduct outbound calls to an assigned account base, providing virtual training and advocacy for the Client brand, provide issue resolution, and determine the need for parts and/or merchandising assistance. The Virtual Brand Representative will also manage inbound calls, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing follow-up as needed. The role will possess excellent telephone and written communication skills, detailed follow-up skills, and superior customer service skills. The Virtual Brand Representative will be responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly call quotas set for the position. Attention to detail, excellent follow up skills, and a passion for training and customer service are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
* Meets and exceeds territorial call goals on a monthly and quarterly basis * Works with customers in the training function while servicing and maintaining accounts with issue resolution * Shows ability to develop relationships to expand Client recommend rate through exceptional customer service to ultimately grow the business * Ability to manage an assigned geographic territory with regard to "top line" growth. * Relationship selling/ consultative sales experience preferred. Ability to establish strong working relationships and persuade/influence others * Able to adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs within a short time frame. * Demonstrates success in sales and training; well-developed business acumen * Communicates with key field personnel to assure compliance & best overall achievement of goals, document all communication in assigned CRM * Collaborates with Program Manager to determine necessary strategic sales and training approaches * Maintains all administrative duties as it relates to recording activities/updates in assigned CRM and preparing weekly/monthly reports for tracking metrics * Maintain ongoing product trainings and certifications as required by Client. * Must possess the ability to work with a high level of autonomy, a self- motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can excel with limited supervision and/or instruction
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent sales and marketing experience required * 1 - 3 years' experience in selling and/or training in retail environment is preferred * Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred Previous experience in conducting training and advocacy is preferred
