Marketing Innovators originated as a provider of group travel services for corporate sales incentive programs and corporate business travel. The company’s leadership quickly realized that there were additional opportunities for providing incentives that would motivate employees to outstanding performance and was the first to introduce the use of gift certificates as awards in the business-to-business space. Originally these certificates were paper. Today, those paper certificates have been replaced by plastic gift cards and now virtual or e-gift cards. At the same time, Marketing Innovators evolved from a provider of sales incentives to a reliable source of leading edge technologies, products, services and expertise that would help employers drive employee and channel partner recognition, engagement and loyalty across their entire workforce, locally and globally.
