Summary
Our team is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven business and events operations team member to engage with the broader team in support of event, program and operations management.
Responsibilities
* Experience working on a cross-functional, high impact team * Program management / project management * Organizational workforce planning and space management * Internal communications * Internal team event management such as Training and vendor meetings * Post event reporting and collateral management * Event budget management * Negotiating with outside vendors
Ideal Candidate
* Very strong written and verbal communication abilities * Self driven and an expert at multitasking * Strong attention to detail; stellar project management and multitasking capabilities * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead effective meetings with multiple stakeholders * Ability to be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
