Summary

Our team is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven business and events operations team member to engage with the broader team in support of event, program and operations management.

Responsibilities
  • Experience working on a cross-functional, high impact team
  • Program management / project management
  • Organizational workforce planning and space management
  • Internal communications
  • Internal team event management such as Training and vendor meetings
  • Post event reporting and collateral management
  • Event budget management
  • Negotiating with outside vendors
Ideal Candidate
  • Very strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self driven and an expert at multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail; stellar project management and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead effective meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
