Summary
The technician II is responsible for intermediate facilities repair and maintenance in order to maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
* Completes electrical tasks related to infrastructure, including motor starters, VFD's, HVAC equipment and switching centers. * Completes intermediate tasks in capital projects for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, or general maintenance construction depending on area of expertise. * Completes simple projects for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, or maintenance construction depending on area of expertise. * Conduct construction tasks: carpentry, finish construction, flooring, ceiling work, building and finishing partitioning walls. * Conducts intermediate break fix activity for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, or general maintenance construction depending on area of expertise. * Participates in on call rotation to respond to facilities related emergencies, equipment failures, and weather conditions during non-routine business hours. * Performs complete construction projects including demolition, design and rebuilding offices. * Performs intermediate preventative maintenance activity for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, or general maintenance construction depending on area of expertise. * Performs intermediate troubleshooting for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, or general maintenance construction depending on area of expertise. * Plans and performs MAC (move/add/change) activity including installing appropriate electrical circuits, lighting and all data and voice communications lines.
Ideal Candidate
**Education & Experience** * 2 - 3 Years of experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, or general maintenance. (Required) * High School or GED (Minimum Required) **Travel Information** * Travel Type :Regional Domestic * Travel Amount :up to 50%
