Financial Systems Analyst

Leggett & Platt, Inc. is seeking a resourceful and assertive Financial Systems Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Carthage, MO. This position will play a principal role in the successful planning, evaluation, implementation, and support of our ERP systems and financial and accounting processes.

- Develop system requirements and specifications to drive business solutions design - Write specifications for new programs, enhancements, forms, and reports - Test new features in the ERP system - Travel domestically and internationally to implement systems, conduct software demonstrations, and provide training for end users - Field questions and provide support to associates at branch locations

**Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology - 25-50% domestic and international travel - 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience preferred - Accounting experience is a plus **Desired Skills/Competencies** - Contribute to multiple projects and complete tasks with a minimum level of supervision - Ability to work successfully within a team and offer productive contributions - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Aptitude to understand, implement, and train on ERP systems **Plus Skills/Competencies** - Programming capability with VB6, Visual C#, .NET technologies, and MS SQL 2005-2012 - Design reports using Crystal Reports - Knowledge of development methodologies - Knowledge of Epicor iScala ERP - Fluency in a foreign language
