Financial Systems Analyst

Leggett & Platt, Inc. is seeking a resourceful and assertive Financial Systems Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Carthage, MO. This position will play a principal role in the successful planning, evaluation, implementation, and support of our ERP systems and financial and accounting processes.

• Develop system requirements and specifications to drive business solutions design
• Write specifications for new programs, enhancements, forms, and reports
• Test new features in the ERP system
• Travel domestically and internationally to implement systems, conduct software demonstrations, and provide training for end users
• Field questions and provide support to associates at branch locations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
• 25-50% domestic and international travel
• 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience preferred
• Accounting experience is a plus

• Programming capability with VB6, Visual C#, .NET technologies, and MS SQL 2005-2012
• Design reports using Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of development methodologies
• Knowledge of Epicor iScala ERP
• Fluency in a foreign language
