Summary
You will have the freedom to develop diagnostic techniques, as well as providing internal training to service desk personnel while collaborating with both the business and technical sides of the company. You will be part of this global, collaborative organization, enabling you to impact your team and the overall business directly.
Responsibilities
* Provide internal training to service desk personnel on all company products and problem identification techniques, to include diagnostic software and hardware. * Coordinate and complete large technical level projects for customers escalated from Service Desk, Service Desk Lead, Service Desk Supervisor, etc. * Acts as technical coach and mentor for Service Desk Technicians. * Implement improvements to internal Customer Operations programs, processes and procedures. * Write and execute SQL and Oracle queries.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field. * 5-7 years’ experience in customer service, technical support in related field, or utility industry. * Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, UNIX, Sun Solaris or related programs.
