Summary
The candidate will be working in a Software Engineering team as a Software Engineer, responsible for application enabling around Software Guard Extensions (SGX). This will allow applications to create private regions of code and data that are protected from access and modification by other applications and users on the system, including those with superuser privileges. The primary responsibility will be creating code samples and small sample applications targeted at Independent Software Vendors (ISV) in order to demonstrate features and usage of SGX principles and the SGX SDK. Sample code will be published on the Intel Developer Zone website along with supporting articles and/or blog posts. The candidate will work with software developers to assist in enabling their applications to take advantage of SGX features.
Responsibilities
The candidate responsibilities will be to publish collateral that reaches thousands of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and developers, will have to be able to present the topics in a matter that most effectively conveys information, with the end goal of helping developers "help themselves" to learn the technology. ISV's should be able to use these samples and articles as an aid in developing their own applications.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related field and have at least five years of industry experience developing software applications. **Qualifications:** * Experience developing native Windows applications in C/C++ is required. * Experience creating documentation for software is required. * An understanding of computer security concepts is strongly desired. * Self-motivated and able to extrapolate the uses, limitations, and opportunities for new technologies. * Exhibit strong problem solving skill along with an aptitude for technical leadership. * Customer/Results orientation, discipline, and proven ability to establish and maintain cross-divisional relationships and programming and network experience. * Good verbal, written and organization skills; time-management; delegation; good presentation/motivational skills required to effectively make things happen.
