Responsible for the overall architectural design of the HRSD suite of Products

• Understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Able to look for creative and effective ways to move projects forward. Has state-of-the art technical/business knowledge.
• Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
• Evaluates new technologies, development frameworks and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating within the applications solutions framework.
• In-house expert on specific technologies and/or business functions/ bases.
• Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
• Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.
• Mentor and Coaches technical resources.
• Works with other Infor Architects and/or Software Engineers to integrate other Infor Products with HCM framework
• Supports Implementation Client Services and Client Services Management teams on client escalations to ensure issue resolution.

Education adn Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree software engineering, computer service or information systems.
• 3+ years’ experience in software architecture
• 5+ years’ experience in software development

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with the product development life cycle, programming principles and classroom level exposure to a variety of programming languages (at least one), techniques and platforms
• 3 years of Management experience
• Proficiency in .Net, SQL, XML, XSLT, JavaScript (in-depth understanding OOP, closures, function, prototype, event propagation and handling) , HTML5,Sencha extjs 5+/touch 2+, SASS / CSS Level 1 – 3, Shell Scripting
• Ability to identify critical path of implementation within the framework, resolve roadblocks, and find solutions to non-standard business needs; Can/Will do attitude.
• Strong experience with application and integration design in SaaS and web services
• Strong understanding of internet communication protocols and standards
• Experience with integrated development environments such as Visual Studio
• Knowledge of source code management and configuration
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts
• Strong time management skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and writing)

Preffered Skills and Knowledge:

• Amazon Cloud Environment, FedRamp, 508 Compliance familiarity is a plus
