Responsible for the following: coding and testing software based upon software specifications and designs, analyze and study complex system requirements, design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain software development, support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and utilize Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool s. Use sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable efficient reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant. Provide software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.

**Education:** * Prefer a Master's Degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position (e.g. information systems, computer science, math or engineering). * An additional two years of relevant technical experience may be substituted for the Master's Degree. **Experience:** * We are looking for someone that has 10-15 years overall software development lifecycle experience to include recent utilization of the following: * JavaScript, JSON, XML, and XSLT. Developer that has also a several of years of experience building web services and consuming data from disparate data sources and incorporating / transforming that data into normalized data structures. * The database that they used does not matter (can be SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.). * Familiar with migration of extract transform load (ETL) process into enterprise database instances. Lastly, they will need to have good social skills, as they will be working with other developers from other organizations outside of ours, to achieve our goals. **Unique/Additional Requirements:** * Must be DoD 8570 IAT II compliant (Security + CE, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA-S) **Clearance:** * TS/SCI Required. Must be willing to submit for CI Poly.
