Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR leaders and their customers to analyze work process design and flow to improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The primary focus of this role will be to support the maintenance of the Human Capital Management applications. This includes system implementations, administration/configuration, integrations, reporting, file management (external/internal), consultation, development and hands-on functional support necessary to implement the company's vision for improved HRIS services.
Responsibilities
* Leads the support of HR information systems * Consults with and provides guidance to HR partners regarding effective systems design and tool deployment * Supports the company's integrated Human Resource Information System, via implementations, enhancements, integrations, configuration, issue resolution, security administration, testing and other technical projects as assigned * Work with HR stakeholders to gather requirements to meet the business needs and provide effective HR systems solutions
Ideal Candidate
Required Skills & Competencies * Strong HR Technology skills, HCM systems, talent acquisition/management systems, time tracking/payroll systems, benefits systems, and report writing * Thorough understanding of all Human Resource Functional Service processes (employment, benefits, payroll, training and development, compensation regulatory reporting, etc.). * Strong organizational and time management skills, effectively managing work flow and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines * Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a succinct, organized manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities * Extremely detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaborative work skills Desired Skills & Competencies: * Strong project and vendor management experience * Experience leading teams Education & Experience: * Experience with HCM Cloud Solution software implementations, SuccessFactors preferred. * Experience with supporting SuccessFactors administration to include the Talent Management Suite, Employee Central/Employee Profile, Recruiting/Onboarding, Cloud Payroll, Compensation, Learning & Talent Management * Experience with Dell Boomi integration tools * Experience updating XML/HTML * BA/BS Degree or Equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field * Position requires 6-8 hours of computer work daily. * Must be able to sit for long periods of time. * Must be able to collaborate with team members via conference calls and online meetings
