Summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services is looking for recent College graduates looking to grow their sales career in a fast-paced highly transactional sales environment. This rep will be responsible for growth in the micro-ticket lease and finance space and will work directly with authorized HPE & HPI partners and customers across the US.
Responsibilities
* Proactively sell, maintain and grow new relationships with HP authorized partners, end-user customers and HP sales teams * Manage HP authorized partners, HP sales teams and end customer accounts to meet assigned volume quota * Work with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved * Utilize consultative sales approach to identify opportunities with specific HP authorized partners and end-user customer accounts * Educate specific HP authorized partners, HP sales teams and end-user customers on the benefits of leasing and the leasing process, TCO and NPV analysis * Train HP sales people about the benefits of leasing and participate in joint sales/phone calls with these sales people * Provide feedback to business development on competitive data, as well as products needed to support the business * Drive leasing penetration into HP's Channel Market; increase HPFS lease customer base * Maintain familiarity with the IT & Lease/Finance marketplace, competitors and their products
Ideal Candidate
* Basic understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the IT channel * Passion for sales, and a drive to succeed demonstrated in past achievement and success * Ability to build strong customer relationships * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and analytical ability problem solving skills * Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach * Ability to thrive in fast pace demanding sales environment * Four year college degree required
