Our team of 9 engineers is curious, driven, friendly, and collaborative. We believe in an egoless approach to development and a blameless approach to problem solving. While we work independently, we support each other through frequent code and design reviews, daily stand-ups, and pair programming, facilitating learning and reducing friction in our regular release schedule of every 3 weeks.
Summary
We want more people to buy our great product and we’re looking for a talented Account Manager professional to help us. The ideal candidate excels at growing client relationships and expanding revenue. This role will require a great deal of effort and hard work. You will face adversity and rejection. You will also be taught a ton about enterprise software sales and have opportunities for advancement. You will have a broad territory and the ability to control your own destiny. You will have an unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
* Will be responsible for development, planning and selling to named install accounts * Grow and manage a robust sales funnel while forecasting accurately * Close business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quota * Document customer information and populate information into our CRM database * Possess a deep understanding of HelloSign products and how customers can benefit from them
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills required * Comfortable working with customers and providing strategic business advice * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Creative problem solving and solutions driven **Experience Required:** * 3-5 years of account management experience in a tech environment preferred * Strong work ethic and desire to see projects through from start to finish * BA/BS degree preferred * Strong analytical and reporting skills required
