Summary
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in designing sales systems and processes in a rapidly expanding B2C and B2B business. Candidates should have strong business consulting and analytical skills, be extremely organized, and able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results. Strong candidates will be able to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth B2C and B2B business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales rep productivity. * Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into sales performance drivers and assist with initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity. * Comprehensively understand and analyze sales, sales ops, and marketing data, identifying relevant patterns and trends and generating key insights. Present key findings and collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational change. * Build a strong internal network of experts and resources. * Work with the business to develop and manage dashboards and reports; maintain and report on key sales metrics in Salesforce and other reporting tools. * Develop a fundamental understanding of, and work cross-functionally with marketing, business intelligence, and finance to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals * Assist with commission plan design and administration
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5+ years of analyst or sales operations experience in a related field (sales, marketing, start-up, or consulting experience preferred) * Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills * Advanced experience in MS Excel * Strong proficiency in SQL * Salesforce experience preferred * Experience integrating with BI teams * Proven success supporting dynamic teams * Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and sales management * Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task with competing priorities
