Embedded Devops Engineer

- Build & maintain the build system infrastructure (software and servers) for both embedded systems and desktop software with performance-intensive build requirements - Facilitate the automated production of nightly builds and release candidates for multiple software products - Oversee the deployment of code from multiple developers in dozens of repositories into a common system - Curate a mix of software from in-house and third-party developers and manage licensing issues - Contribute to the development of our desktop & embedded software

- Have 2+ years experience working with build systems (Jenkins, etc.) - Have excellent sysadmin skills and know how Linux works under the hood - Love to work in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment - Quickly and intuitively solve problems and are able to make decisions independently - Are driven by a desire for excellence and a sense of ownership - Have development experience in Unix environments - Knowledge of Yocto, OpenEmbedded, etc. - Experience with the Linux kernel, e.g. writing device drivers - Low-level expertise with Android - Experience with customer hardware development or electrical engineering - Passion for software quality & testing - Passion and experience in 3D printing
