Senior Analyst

Position will focus on the Residential and SMB Renewals processes, Incentives and Gift Card Escalations, and Market Notifications.Responsibilities include working through:

• Ensure Quality Control Measures are in place and supported in a timely manner to meet Internal Audit Remediation Support. -Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of support, including Siebel/Lodestar/Web Residential applications.
• Support any Legal or Regulatory changes that need to be implemented in order to meet market rules and timelines as it relates to the Renewals Process.
• Project work as needed (data pulls, analysis, account reconciliations, etc).

• Work within the Marketing Operations team to provide assistance with issue resolution as it relates to Renewals, Incentives, and Notifications support.
• Work with other Functional or Operational Teams to provide issue resolution as it relates to the Renewals, Incentives, Gift Card, or Notifications process.
• Ensure Quality Control Measures are in place and Audited on a timely basis.
• Works with the business or IT to develop control reports to identify data inconsistencies and system failures within the Renewals and Marketing Ops processes.
• Provides detailed analysis and reporting (including data queries and data pulls) to senior management regarding system issues or data discrepancies, per project.
• Work as a SME for Marketing Operations and support Siebel, Lodestar, and Web applications and provide project support as needed.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration
• Minimum of three (3) years professional experience
• Retail energy experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with Siebel / Lodestar applications
• Advanced skills with MS Excel
• Familiarity with SQL is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex data sets is required.
