Summary
Responsible for all internal digital fulfillment support functions as it applies to Website Maintenance. Manages Supplier Control Office, Social Eze, Social Fulfillment Services such as Twitter, Google Plus, Facebook activities for the digital product offerings. Oversees the activities of internal resources as well as outsourced supplier relationship, ensuring supplier achieves all key performance indicators; general performance indicators; adheres to quality standards; and complies with the responsibilities as outlined in the supplier contract and Statement of Work SOW .
Responsibilities
* Coaches and develops the supervisor and managers as they manage the day-to-day operations and supplier relationships. Offers guidance to the management team in their decisions on supplier issues and concerns. Manages overall supplier performance and compliance to the contract. Creates and monitors the ongoing management operating systems MOS that drive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and the behaviors that deliver those results. Provide effective feedback to suppliers to support continuous improvement. * Fosters an organizational environment that supports effective teamwork and open communication among internal company departments; between the operations support team and suppliers; as well as between suppliers and other key stakeholders. Acts as an advocate of supplier to other key stakeholders. Delivers clear and consistent communications regarding Company changes or interdepartmental decisions that directly or indirectly impact the department or suppliers. * Work cross-functionally to create and facilitate strategies around processes, systems, and policies to support the Company's business strategy. Works with internal departments and suppliers to develop new processes or implement changes to existing processes that are key to the organization s success. Drives change in workflows or system enhancements to improve efficiencies, quality, and/or productivity. Supports Management in determining the strategic direction of the department and cascades goals for the supplier support team in support of those strategies. * Manages the department's total compensation and expense budget based on Company directives and develops action plans to achieve those goals. Forecasts work volumes and resource needs; and develops plans to manage the team through fluctuations in the workload to minimize overtime and promote Employee Welfare.
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Qualifications** * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process. **Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Outstanding communication skills at all levels, especially with a culturally diverse team. * Strong negotiating and influencing skills * Ability to coach, mentor, and manage a diverse team in a virtual work environment, strategic assessment and decision making skills * A Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience * 9-12 years experience
