Summary

This is not a traditional project management role. In this role, you will be working with several other product managers as a digital portfolio coordinator to ensure successful delivery of products across the entire digital product suite. This role requires basic knowledge of search marketing, social, and digital lead generation. Major responsibility is to update the executives on product deliverables through weekly updates, power point storytelling, and other communications tools. The digital portfolio coordinator will maintain positive, upbeat communication with internal clients and interdepartmental teams.

Responsibilities
  • Stellar presentation and communication skills. Portfolio coordinator must be able to clearly communicate the goals of the client and the thinking behind our work.
  • Update the executives on product statuses and deliverables through weekly updates, power point storytelling, and other communications tools.
  • Provide agendas and take notes for weekly internal meetings.
  • Identifying issues, potential hold ups or problems before they happen and reacting quickly to issues or problems that arise.
  • Identifying opportunities for account, strategy and/or process improvement.
  • An ability to motivate, support and understand their teams. They can easily work with everyone from our visual designers to our tech developers to our leaders and clients.
  • Experience in digital project management. We need someone who is confident and comfortable with the demands this role will require from the very start.
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Communication skills through phone calls, emails, proposals and face to face presentations, are a must have.
  • Lead generation/B2B marketing understanding. Familiarity with marketing across several industries.
  • Passion for all things digital.
  • Strong analytical skills accompanied by being detail-oriented.
  • Ability to recognize personal limits and find resourceful ways to self-educate and overcome those limits.
  • Ninja skills in PowerPoint storytelling. Bonus points if you know Photoshop and iMovie.
  • Exposure to agile/scrum development lifecycle would be a welcomed surprise but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with video production would be a nice to have, as well.
