Summary
Maintains and expands relationships with DATA "Enterprise" clients by being intimately familiar with client business requirements and introducing DATA's full suite of products and services while focusing on Direct Mail applications. Products and services include but are not limited to: Direct Mail, Total Print Mangement, Warehouse Services, Print Distribution Services, Print-on-Demand, Commerical Print, Large Format, Forms, & eForms. The Account Executive drives the tactical elements of the overall Enterprise Account Plan.
Responsibilities
* Identifies primarily new Direct Mail and Commercial Print business opportunities through the intimate interaction primarily with a main enterprise client and the LOB players. * Proactively leverage internal DATA sales teams and assets, as required, to establish new clients through the successful prospecting and closing of various opportunities supporting the wheelhouse listed in the above job summary. * Leverage existing client relationships and create new relationships to cultivate new sales and grow existing sales. * Flawlessly execute upon daily tasks, campaigns, and business communication activities. * Responsible for ensuring that all assigned clients are highly satisfied and remain DATA business supporters and partners. * Assist in the development of scorecards, performance metrics, proposal writing, Partnership Performance Reviews, and demonstrate DATA's value in improving the client's business and exploring new opportunities and solutions. * Coordinates client and DATA activities assuring that client requirements are executed flawlessly and on-time, while cementing the relationship with its line of business clients. * Integrates DATA’s traditional document management program with the broader enterprise solution offering and engages key partners within DATA to execute flawlessly on the unique, bundled solutions. * Understand and manage the client's current state and either determine the solution roadmap to take the client to the desired state and/or by understanding the business environment and will lead the client to a potential desired stated (Account Executive envisions the desired state for the client) for a mutually desired outcome. * Responsible for executing upon client requirements such as designs, developing product solutions, product testing and roll out, coordinating projects (ex. kitting) and assuring that all client requirements are executed in a flawless manner. * Updating forecast, preparing status reports, client quotes, quality documentation (e.g., Known Wins, New Product reports, reviewing expense reports, etc.), CRM update and other information requests as required.
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Business preferred. * A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Business preferred. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing and cultivating accounts to deliver high level of customer loyalty, by possessing, strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to influence key business partners within DATA and work in collaboration with client contacts * Solid technical skills relating to growth products, * Process improvement and technology experience * Time-Management and strong organizational skills – solid attention to details * Innovative / Creative in both product offering and strategic approach * Selling/Presenting Skills – ability to interpret situations, understand the business issues, to gain critical knowledge of complex customer requirements. * Proficient with MS Office suite with the ability to understand how technology can be deployed to solve business issues and be integrated into DATA Solutions.
