Summary
Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the daily administration of the company’s time and attendance system and the processing of payroll.
Responsibilities
* Preparation and processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly bonus payrolls; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; process garnishments, child support and other payroll deductions * Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data * Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information * Adhere to policies including compliance with federal/state/local regulations * Process manual checks for out-of-cycle payments * Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential * Prepare reports for management; run and analyze payroll-related reports as needed
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraints * Proficient with Excel, Word, and other computer applications * Written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality of information * Payroll knowledge * Kronos knowledge a plus
